"Are not" y "do not" se usan para you, they and we.
Ex: You are not my father / they are not friends / we are not at school.
You do not love me / they do not want to be with us / we do not care.
"Is not" y "does not" se usan para la tercera persona en singular, es decir, para she, he and it.
Ex: She is not my sister / He is a good dancer / it is mine.
She does not love me / He does not want to go out / It does not matter.
