216 ft ⇒ 1 minute
515 ft ⇒ A minutes

A = 515*1/216
A = 515/216
515/216 = (432/216) + (83/216) = 2 + (83/216)

Answer:
2 83/216 minutes

Hi,

I don't have a good use of English so excuse me if I commit grammatical errors.

Ant Crawling Rate =  \frac{216ft}{m}

Then you use the Speed equation to get the time that takes the ant to crawl the distance of 515ft

v= \frac{d}{t}

v = speed

d = distance travelled

t = time taken

Just replace data:

 (\frac{216ft}{m}) = \frac{515ft}{t}

t= \frac{515ft}{ \frac{216ft}{m} }

t= (\frac{515}{216} )m

t=2.38minutes

This number expressed as a mixed number is:

2.38= \frac{515}{216}=2 \frac{83}{216}

Hope that I helped you.
