Know the ingredients (for 10 people):• 250g. chicken blood• 500g. of prepared wheat flour• 250g. of vegetable margarine with salt• 500g. of blond sugar• 5 eggs• 1 jar of evaporated milk• 1 teaspoon vanilla• 1 teaspoon baking powder
Know the preparation:Beat the margarine until creamy and add the sugar. While stirring add the egg and vanilla.
When everything is integrated mix with flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt, all previously sifted.Parboil the blood and liquefy with the milk. Put everything in a greased and floured mold. Bake at moderate temperature for one hour.
