No parece estar bien escrito tu párrafo en "presente", por lo que decidí editarlo y estructurarlo de la manera correcta. En pasado, tu párrafo bien escrito sería: 

I woke up at five am and I got up at ten past five. I brushed my teeth and then I took a shower, after that, I got dressed, had breakfast and went to school.
My first class started at six am and finished at half-past twelve pm.
Then I came back home and I washed my hands before having lunch. Later I played on my computer the whole afternoon with my friends. Afterwards, I did my homework so I could have dinner and go to bed.

Yo recomiendo que uses el párrafo en negritas.
