An irreversible task of schooling at all levels should be the development of autonomy in students. To train people capable of thinking for themselves, of acting out of personal conviction, having a critical sense, getting rid of responsibilities, accepting the capacities to assume the values, attitudes, norms that transmit the different spheres of socialization, while recognizing their ability to appropriate these cultural contents and recreate them and build new values. It is about promoting the development of an autonomous moral conscience, emphasizing the deep rootedness and dependence of the human being of the cultural context in which it is formed, while recognizing its capacity for reasoning, of abstraction that allows it to take distance from this that the author's rights, and those that are critically established from values and principles that refer to universalizable contents; An example of these contents are human rights. The educational practice within the formal school can allow youth development, diversification, coordination, awareness of their motivations in relation to school activity, with their social life, with future work, and the role they have his own determination and the orientation of a very personal sense and meaning, regarding what is a good life, a desirable life; he must train him and enable him to build personal fulfillment projects, starting with a project within his school life and moving towards a professional and work project and more broadly in a life project.
