2.- El  verbo se conjuga con el verbo to be + el participio pasado del verbo de la frase activa. 

1.- He must be stopped now. 
          him  (OD)         →  He (sujeto)
          must stop         → must be stopped. 

2.- The roof is going to be repaired next week. 
           the roof  (OD)         →  the roof (Sujeto) 
           is going to repair     → is going to be repaired.

3.- Joanna can´t be found. 
             Joanna (OD)  →  Joanna (sujeto)
             can´t find        →  can´t be found  

4.- The mistery might be solved. 
             the mistery (OD) → the mistery (sujeto)
            might solve          → might be solved. 

5.- Rubbish ought to be thrown in the litter bins. 
            rubbish (OD) →      Rubbish (sujeto)
           ought to throw    →      ought to be thrown
