Depende el uso, como verbo significa hacer.
Pero al usarlo en preguntas "Do" Solamente irá en (I, You, They, We) y "Does" Solamente irá en (She, he, It).
También, se puede utilizar en oraciones, pero únicamente para dar énfasis.
"Did" es para todos los anteriores, solamente que su uso es para preguntas en pasado.
