x+  y = 3 (1)
x +3y = 5 (2) 

por metodo de reduccion
multiplicando (1) por -1

-1( x +y ) = 3
x + 3y = 5

-x - y  = -3
x +3y = 5

   2y = 2
     y = 2/2
     Y = 1  remplazamos este valor en (2)

x +3y = 5
x +3*1 = 5
x  +3 = 5
x = 5-3
x = 2

Solucion
x = 2 , y = 1
