A day healthy is like, do excercise and eat adequately. the routine is this.
First wake up with all energy necessary and go to brush your teeth, and then you can go to take the breakfast, healthy like a yogurt with a little of cereal, and go to do a lot exercise, later take a shower and eat a fruit and drink much water to be hydrated. you can be a good and healthy person in a few simple steps in less than about 5 hours.
