Mr Benson is talking to his secretary about a meeting tomorrow.
Mr Benson: Please, Betty. CAN you bring me the report on this month's sales ?
Betty. Of course, Mr Benson. I'll bring it to you immediately.

Betty: Here you are, Mr Benson
Mr B: Thanks, Betty ...eh... have you checked the list of guest speakers yet?
B: Yes, sir. I checked it yesterday and everything was ok.
Mr B: MAY I see it, please?
B; Sure. Here it is.
Mr B: I see that Mr Granger hasn't confirmed his participation yet. We SHOULD contact him and make sure he'll be one of the speakers; if he is not coming, we´ll have to replace him.
B: Ok, sir. I'll talk to his secretary and I'll let you know.
Mr B: Thanks, Betty. Oh, one last thing. I MUST get some flowers for my wife. It's our wedding anniversary today and I've been so busy I almost forgot. Could you send her a bunch of red roses with this card, please?
B: Sure, sir. Don't worry.
