4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into small pieces
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 large red paprika, chopped
1 large yellow paprika, chopped
1 large green paprika, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cups rice
5 cups water
2 cups of diced vegetables (carrots, peas, beans or beans, yellow corn)
1 bucket of chicken broth
1 on saffron seasoning

Place the oil in a large saucepan over low heat. Sauté the three chopped bell peppers, garlic and onion heads and stir until golden brown.

Add the 3 cups of rice, the important thing is to stir very well.

Add the 5 cups of water, diced vegetables, chicken breasts, chicken bouillon cube, seasoning sachet and salt to taste. Stir and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes or until the rice is dry.

Once the rice has absorbed all the water cover the pot and cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes more until the rice is smooth.
