Solo remplaza x por 4 y calcula f(4) y luego remplaza x por (4+h) y calcula f(4+h) .

f(4) = (4)²-2(4) = 16 -8 = 8
f(4+h) = (4+h)² -2(4+h) = (16+8h+h²) -8 -2h
                                     = h²+6h+8

Luego calcula f(4+h) -f(4) = h²+6h+8 - (8) = h²+6h
