Dear Sir/Madam, (recordar que ponemos siempre una coma)
I am writing to complain about the room I stayed IN last weekend in London Hotel, which is in Oxford Street.
I have been on many occasions in London for job (WRONG ORDER: in London for work on many occasions), and this is the Hotel (hotel) I usually go because it is comfortable, quite (quiet) and the employers (staff) are very friendly and the location is wonderful.
So last weekend my girlfriend and I decided to spend a couple of days in the city and I suggested this Hotel (hotel) and my experience was not so pleasent (pleasant) as olders was (previous times or previous ones).
We ordered a double bed and we recived (received) a twice bed (twin one). I said in reception I had ordered a double bed and I wanted a change, but they told me that It (it) was impossible because the Hotel (hotel) was plenty (full) and there was any free room.
However, it (this) was not the worse (worst). Saturday night was terrible, there was a weeding (wedding) in the Hotel (hotel) and they were on party (partying) until four o’clock in the morning so it was impossible to sleep. I phoned to reception to tell them about the problem and they told me they were working to solve the problem.
In conclusion, we had a room we were not choosen (had not chosen) and a very bad night. So for this unacceptable treatment I would like to recive (receive) my money back (esto no es apropiado para acabar una carta de queda). Te aconsejo que mires un ejemplo de cartas de quejas que puse en otra entrada para ver cómo acabar la carta.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully
Roberto Parra
Becuase when I arrive home the phone didn't want to turn on so I try to charged but it didn't work and I ask help to my friends and they say that the battery is no in good terms. So I ask you to give my money back or a new Phone
