We start by washing the strawberries and removing the stubs. We let them dry and reserve them. On the other hand, we wet the gelatin leaves in cold water, leave them in the water for about 10 minutes. We heat 3 cuahradas of cream, only 3 spoonfuls, we extract the sheets of jelly from the water and we put them in the cream. Remove until gelatin is dissolved. We booked the mix.
We take the cream that we have left and assemble it, along with the sugar. When it is firm add half a kilo of cheese quark. We remove it so that it is integrated well and we add the gelatine, already tempered, we re-stir to be well integrated.
We take a mold moldable and cover its bottom with sobaos, if we want we can split the sobaos in half, so that they are not so high. We bathe the sobaos with 100 milliliters of sweet wine.
On this layer, we put the half of the mixture of cheese and cream, we put a layer of strawberries in slices (generous). We put another layer of sobaos, we return them to bathe in sweet wine, we put another layer of the mixture of cheese and cream and we decorate the whole part with cut strawberries.
