To be healthy is a life style, it cannot be a set of rules that you establish and live by, there is the need to do serious commitments with being healthy not just for looks, but for a better relationship with our own bodies.
Health is a complex thing, it has been studied by physicians over the years, and yet, we have not been capable of determining certain key points related to diseases, conditions, etc.
I think it all comes in three main points, exercise, diet, and healthy habits. When thinking of exercise, how often do you do it? Do you move often? Or you are just used to walk to the car, and then to your job, to sit in your desk just most of your days and your life. Maybe it is time to start seriously moving in certain ways because one day you may not be able to do so.
Diet, all of our cells change within a given range of time, so I think the question is: What are you eating? You become what you eat, literally.
Healthy habits, like brushing your teeth, stretching every morning, biking.
Nowadays, people started moving and being more healthy, though there are still lots of people who has not adopted these habits, the growth is yet to come.
Veganism, aerobics, yoga, meditation, crossfit. We are now living a generation of athletes or maybe is just a trend.
