Jim was out of town on vacation. He was looking for a car rental agency. 

He crossed a bridge and by chance found the main office of 'Harts' rent -a -car. 

As Jim entered the office , the employee turned to Jim and asked: 'How can I help?'   

The man looked over his shoulder since Jim was wearing only flip-flops and a bathing suit. Jim said: 'Could I have the best car rental price for the day?'   The clerk smiled and pointed an amount . Jim looked at him, turned red and said: 'That's unfair , I must decline your offer.'
