Negativas es cuestión de poner el "not" después del did. Por ejemplo:
He didn't love to eat pizza.
She didn't enjoy to be in your party last night.
Así sucesivamente. Todo queda igual, solo agregas un "not", ya sea que lo pongas como "did not" o "didn't" de las dos formas es correcta.

En pregunta tienes que poner primero el did y luego el pronombre. Por ejemplo:
Did he love to eat pizza?
Did she enjoy to be in your party last night?
