will se usa para una accion que sucedera en un futuro y won't para algo que no haras en el futuro.

I will play with him / I won't play with him
I will read the newspaper / I won't read the newspaper 
I will watch TV / I won't watch TV 
tambien puedes utilizar la abreviacion I'll = I will
