Chapter 11 Summary:

In the following days while he continued his inspection of the island he found clay, he used it to make pots and plates, at first he let them dry in the sun, but seeing that they were very fragile he decided to invent a kind of oven to bake the dishes and make them stronger.

Sure that the oven would be useful for him, he took care of making a mill to make bread, by the time the mill was ready three years had passed, he thought that the next thing would be to repair the ship in which he had arrived on the island, this being impossible he made a new one, when he finished it it was impossible for him to just take it to the sea, feeling very bad about it.
