What consumerist actions have you been practicing the most?
Describe why. You must use present perfect continuous and present at least three practices. If you don’t practice consumerism, indicate what positive practices you have been doing to prevent consumerism.

Respuesta:

Well, I don't know if you had practiced consumerism, but I think we all have practiced it, people tend to buy things that they don't need, people continue buying and throwing things, this is one cause of pollution.

So, I think you could say:

-I had been trying to buy just necessary things.

-My family and I had been reusing old things as bottles, bags, boxes, beetween other things.

-We've been refraining from buying unnecessary things in excess
