Básicamente es preguntar lo que te acaban de decir ^^ Como en español cuando te dicen algo y preguntas para confirmar que lo has escuchado correctamente.
En realidad las respuestas que te doy son mi propia interpretación y no tienen por qué estar correctas, ya que las ecopreguntas son más como muletillas cuando no sabes qué decir para mantener viva la conversación.
