a) Doctor: What’s wrong?
Patient: I feel awful. I have a bad earache.

b) Doctor: What is the matter with you?
Patient: I feel terrible. I have a runny nose and I cough a lot .
Doctor: Let me see. You’ve got a cold. I’m giving you a cough syrup and pills.
Patient: What else can I do?
Doctor: You should rest in bed and have warm drinks
c) Doctor: What is the matter with you?
Patient : My leg aches a lot . I think it's broken
Doctor: The X-rays show it is broken. We’ll put a plaster cast on your leg for a month.
d) Dentist: Hello how are you feeling today?
Patient: I have a toothache
Dentist : Let me see. You’ve got tooth decay. We’ll do fillings.
