  2x + 1/2x + 15 = 99
   2x + 1/2x = 99 - 15
   2x + 1/2x = 84
   2x + 0.5x = 84
   2.5x = 84
   x = 84/2.5
   x= 33.6

D)
   1/4x = 15
   x/4 = 15
   x = 15 * 4
   x = 60
