Must es un verbo modal que se puede usar para suponer, o para expresar una sugerencia contundentemente, por otro lado have to se usa para hablar de obligaciones o dar ordenes de manera educada.

1. You look very tired you have to rest.

2. You must finish your report before 4 o'clock

3. If you want to lose weight you have to stop eating so much

4. I have to tidy my room before my mum comes back
