A volcano is a rupture in the crust of a planetary-mass object, that allows Lava , volcanic ash and gases that escape from a magma chamber below the surface, Some volcanoes are in different islands of the world. They are formed of magma. When the pressure  builds up, eruptions occur, gases and rocks shoot  up throug the opening  and spill over or  fill the air with lava fragments.
