el auxiliar para la tercera persona es Does, pero cuando tienes un verbo no puedes poner el does (excepto el la forma negativa y preguntas)entonces agregas una s al final del verbo.

verbo original = read --> reads
she reads the newspaper. correcto
she read the newspaper. incorrecto
she doesn't read the newspaper. correcto
she doesn't reads the newspaper. incorrecto
does she read the newspaper? correcto
