Para convertirla a pregunta cambia el Pronombre y el verbo al revés

ejemplo

I am = Am I

you are = are you

etc

y para negativos solo agrega "not" después del verbo. ejemplo

he Is not

she is not

o en pregunta

Is not he

is not she
