Buenas tardes, por favor necesito una anécdota con simple past, there be past y past continuous.

Last week I was playing in the backyard of my grandpa but sadly while I was playing, he had a heart attack, so I called my parents, they came as fast as they could, they took he to the nearest hospital.
While in the hospital, they gave he medicine for he heart and he has been good since then.
