1. Do you believe in the power of dance therapy?
- Yes, I do because it is a relaxation activity and helps you relieve stress
- No, I don't because the only way to relieve stress is to control your mood.
2. I think that the most beneficial aspect of dance therapy is...being able to connect with your personal feelings and also being able to interpret them with your movements.
3. Would you ever consider becoming a dance therapist? Why or why not?
- yes, I would because i could express myself through the art of dance
- No, I wouldn't because i just need to know how to manage my stress by myself
