Ingredients4 servingsPizza dough for pasta -correction (See RecipesOf masses for pizzas)2 tbsp olive oil2 garlic cloves, minced and crushed4 peeled tomatoes, drained and seeded1/2 tsp. Salt225 gr shredded mozzarella cheese1 tsp. Dried basilExtra virgin olive oil1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Cut the tomatoes into pieces and sauté them in oil in garlic and salt. Drain and reserve.Brush the crust of the dough with oil. Put cheese, tomato and basil on top. Spray with oil.In a preheated oven at 260º C introduce the pizza (in an ideal oven) for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is browned and the cheese begins to bubble.Remove from the oven and cover with parmesan cheese.Cool in a rack about 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving.
