"Aren't" se usa cuando se refiere a plural negativo, por lo cual sólo se puede usar en plural.
1.-They aren't boys, they are girls.
2.-We aren't late never
3.-There aren't food over the table.
4.-There aren´t any people at the party
5.-They aren't in my house.
