1. Having a balanced diet is important to be healthy.
2. It is important to eat bananas and peaches because they are good for our health, bananas are good for vitamin C and peaches are good for vitamin A.
3. We should avoid foods with a lot of sugar, foods with a lot of oil ( fried food) and some examples are hamburgers, candy and fries, it's okay to eat them sometimes but not regularly.
