El verbo auxiliar que le corresponde a cada pronombre personal es el siguiente:
I - you - we - they → do
He - she - it → does
En oraciones afirmativas donde el sujeto corresponda a una de las terceras personas del singular (he / she / it) el verbo debe terminar en "s" ya sea que se le agregue "ies", "es" o simplemente "s" (esto depende de las letras que componen al verbo, hay varias reglas para eso).
