Hi!
-The main function of the plasma membrane is to maintain the internal environment separated from the phospholipid layer and the transport functions that the proteins play.
-The combination of active transport and passive transport make the endoplasmic membrane a selective barrier that allows the cell to differentiate itself from the medium.
-Allows the cell to divide into sections the different organelles and thus protect the chemical reactions that occur in each.
-Creates a selectively permeable barrier in which only the substances strictly necessary enter or leave.
- It transports substances from one place of the membrane to another, for example, accumulating substances in specific places of the cell that can serve to him for its metabolism.
- Perceives and reacts to stimuli caused by external substances (ligand).
- Measures the interactions that occur between internal and external cells. They possess chemical receptors that combine with specific molecules that allow the membrane to receive signals and respond in a specific way, for example, inhibiting or stimulating internal activities such as the onset of cell division, the elaboration of more glycogen, cell movement, release of Calcium from internal reserves, etc.
I hope it helps you.

Está compuesta por micro-filamentos, si principal característica es determinar el paso del agua a las células.
