Blind people dream.
People who became blind after birth can actually see images in their dreams and those who were born blind, do not see images but have dreams that are vivid and involve their other senses.

Absolutely everyone dreams.
There are only extreme cases of psychological disorders where people do not dream or at least are thought not to. But even if you think you don’t dream, you are just forgetting them, sadly.

We only see the faces of those we have seen in real life, in our dreams. Our brain does not make up faces. In our dreams where we see the faces of people, we see only those who we have seen before and since we have seen an extraordinary amount of people in our lifetime, our brain has enough memorized faces for quite a lot of dreams.

Not everyone dreams in color.
By that we obviously mean most colors of the spectrum. 12% of people who aren’t blind, dream exclusively in black and white. People used to dream a lot more in black and white and it is thought to have been linked with the black and white TV’s we had during the beginning of the film industry.
Only 4.4% of under 25 year olds, dream in black and white which further proves the research.

We can experience several emotions while dreaming.
Although it is probably obvious, we experience emotions in dreams though the most common one, sadly, is anxiety. The negative emotions as opposed to positive ones, are the most common emotions we feel during our dream cycle.
