Explicación:
Para hacer la tercera persona singular de un verbo, tenemos que añadir o bien -s o -es al final de la forma en infinitivo de éste.
Los verbos acabados en -ch, -s, -sh, -x o -z son a los que se tiene que añadir -es en su forma en infinitivo (watches, misses, rushes, mixes, buzzes...).
A los demás verbos (la mayoría), sólo se les añade una -s a su forma infinitiva (sings, gives, requires...)
