MAKING SCRAMBLED EGSS WITH TOMATOES (PERICO.)
First, fine minced onions and a little of garlic have to be fried on a frying pan at slow flame for about two minutes. Then you add tomatoes previously mince in very fine pieces. After that, you mix the fried onions and garlic with the tomatoes, stirring the mixture very thoroughly. After, you add a pair of eggs and and salt as you please. Then you stir again for about four minutes until the mixture has got dry a little, but not much. Finally, you serve.
