es la C "we will not start to watch the film without  you",  podes buscar como se componen el will en negativo y te saldra la forma correcta, solo guíate de eso (personalmente es lo que hago siempre).

Para la forma negativa usamos won't, que es la forma contraída de will + not: That won't be necessary (osea que en ves de poner will not ponemos won¨t, es lo mismo).
