Explicación:
Despues del sujeto colocas la negacion.
Si el sujeto esta en tercea persona empleas "does not" y al verbo principal del enunciado vuelve a su forma original, o sea sin la "S" que le fue agregada .
Si el sujeto es plural o no es tercera persona agregas "are not" despues del sujeto y to lo demas sigue igual .
En el caso de que el sujeto sea "I" se niega con "am not"
Lo mejorcuando tomas clases de ingles es que tengas un buen arranque . Te recomiendo tomes clases personalizadas de ingles para que lo tengas y asi podras entender loque viene mas adelanta en tu clase .
