Con los ojos cerrados afinamos mucho mejor la percepción de la armonía de un plato. En ocasiones, el sabor de un ingrediente prepondera por encima de otro, pero la imagen del plato hace que esta sensación sea menos intensa que cuando lo probamos sin mirar
