Primero que nada, la redacción de la segunda oración está mal por parte de tu profesor/profesora, "drinking" es literalmente "bebiendo" como escribí en la respuesta ahí debería ir "drink" que es "beber"
Segundo, recuerda que el "an" se usa únicamente cuando la palabra siguiente empieza con una vocal (a, e, i, o, u) en cualquier otro caso usa "a"
Tercero, en la oración número 6, en el segundo espacio está correcto usar tanto "a" como "the" ya que con "a" sería: "una vida moderna" y con "the": "La vida moderna"
