➤ PRESENT SIMPLE – VERB 'TO BE'
➜ El verbo de todas estas oraciones es 'to be' (= ser/estar), conjugado en un tiempo que se llama 'present simple' (= presente simple).
➜ El presente simple del verbo 'to be' tiene solo tres formas, que deben escogerse según el sujeto de la oración:
• Sujeto: I ----------------------------- Verbo: am
• Sujeto: he, she, it ---------------- Verbo: is
• Sujeto: you, we, they ----------- Verbo: are
Para completar estas oraciones solo hay que escoger la forma apropiada del verbo 'to be' (am/is/are) según el sujeto de la oración. Primero tienes que identificar el sujeto. Si es un sustantivo o un grupo sustantivo, debes fijarte cuál es el pronombre por el que lo reemplazarías y elegir la forma correspondiente del verbo 'to be'.
Los pronombres sujeto son:
