If you wan't to speak English fluently you could use this tips
For example:
Trying to learn phrases from a translator would help but it's not the best option. To learn a language you need to immerse yourself into it. That's what i do and is my best method to learn quickly!
Try to use all your apps, websites and even your thoughts on english and you will learn how to speak by forcing yourself to learn and understand. You can even use chatrooms online to practice with people.
