INTRODUCCION

Hello everyone! my name is Luis and have 16 years old and i am from City Tacna.

First of all, I want to tell you that in this current confinement in which we all go, lately, people's daily lives have

changed rapidly, since the Covid-19 virus began to spread throughout the world.

For this reason, the authorities decided to take very drastic social and health measures for the Benefit of all people.

However, these measures have affected the entire population in one way or another.

And in this current situation I never imagined that a situation like the one we are going through would happen, but

hey, I am taking care of myself and my relatives from this virus, so this pandemic caused me not to meet and play

with my friends and colleagues. from school, which generated stress, boredom and sadness.

However, to solve all these emotions and situations, what I do is carry out activities in which they generate

happiness and total forgetfulness of what I am going through and are:

watch series, videos and movies

listen to music

play video games with my brother.

perform exercises

Performing these actions and activities always help me feel better and be able to relax, putting aside for a few

minutes the situation that we are going through.

MENSAJE FINAL

But finally, considering all of the above, I can conclude that everything that happened to us in this pandemic or

"closure" swallowed up positive and negative aspects and that this particular virus is very harmful, and therefore

we must continue to take care of ourselves and take and adjust to the prevention measures.

My testimony is as follows:

Because we couldn't go out, see our friends, exercise outdoors, but had to be in our homes all day, I developed constant stress. However, in order to control it, I did the following:

  • Meditation in the morning before leaving the room.
  • Exercise at home in the afternoon, especially stretching.
  • At night, watch a series.

Debido a que no podíamos salir a la calle, ver a nuestros amigos, realizar ejercicio al aire libre, sino que debíamos estar en nuestras casas todo el día desarrollé un estrés constante, sin embargo, para poder controlarlo hice lo siguiente:

  • Meditación por las mañanas antes de salir del cuarto.
  • Ejercicio en casa por las tardes, sobre todo de estiramiento.
  • En la noche ver alguna serie.
