Respuesta: The leading causes of death in the United States and Europe are heart disease, cancer and lung disease, and many of them can be prevented if we have healthy habits. There are many simple habits that you can incorporate into your daily life to be healthy and prevent diseases, some examples of healthy habits are:

1- Get enough sleep.

We cannot live without sleep, if you sleep little or badly, it increases the risk of suffering some diseases and decreases your quality of life.

2- Stay hydrated.

Water is very important for the human body, we must drink water to help our body to recover what is lost through urine, sweat or breathing.

3- Less junk food and more exercise.

It is important to make your 3 meals a day following the pyramid of good eating. In addition, you should do exercise that relaxes you. Doing flexibility exercises, yoga, swimming or going to the gym can also help you prevent spinal diseases.
