El verbo to be significa "Ser o estar" ejemplo si quieres decir: yo soy/estoy, tu eres/estas, el/ella es/esta, ellos son/estan, nosotros somos/estamos sería: I am, You are, She/He is, They are, We are. Ejemplos:

I am a student / I am in te park

You are a student / You are in the park

She/He is a student / She/He is in the park

They are students / They are in the park

We are students / We are in the park

Los verbos de acciones claramente como dicen es para indicar una acción como comer, dormir, leer, cantar etc.. eat, sleep, read, sing etc..

I eat a pizza

You eat pizza

She/He eat pizza

They eat pizza

We eat pizza
