We will learn in a simple way, to make a toothpaste to keep our teeth always white; For which we will need the following ingredients:
Ingredients:
07 tablespoons of corn syrup.06 tablespoons pure glycerin.03 soup spoons of baking soda.1 1/2 tablespoon of peppermint oil.1 1/2 tablespoon of tragataranto rubber.1 tablespoon sodium lauryl sulfate.1 blink of blue vegetable coloring or desired tone.Materials:
2 plastic or glass containers.1 plastic or glass container to store toothpaste.Spatula, spoon.Whisk.Eye All these ingredients can be found at any pharmacy or drugstore grade.
Preparation:
1.- Place the corn syrup and the glycerin in one of the glass or plastic containers, stir well with a spatula or spoon as you like, until a homogeneous and a little thick, syrup-like mixture is obtained.
2. In another bowl add lauryl, sodium sulfate, sodium bicarbonate and tragacanth gum, mix the same with a spoon until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3 .- Pour the paste of the second step, to the mixture of corn syrup, and stir with the aid of a whisk or fork until it takes on a doughy consistency.
4.- Once the pasta is obtained, add the mint flavor essence, while still beating so that it can be completely integrated into the mixture.
5.- Then the vegetable coloring is added slowly to the paste beating well to be evenly incorporated until the desired color is obtained and we already have our homemade toothpaste, now to enjoy it.
Eye this paste can be kept up to two months.

Aprenderemos de manera sencilla, a elaborar una pasta dental para mantener nuestros dientes siempre blancos; para lo cual necesitaremos los siguientes ingredientes:
Ingredientes:07 cucharadas soperas de miel de maíz.06 cucharadas soperas de glicerina pura.03 cuchadas soperas de bicarbonato de sodio.1 1/2 cucharada sopera de esencia de menta.1 1/2 cuchara sopera de goma tragataranto.1 cucharada de lauiril sulfato de sodio.1 pisca de colorante vegetal azul o del tono deseado.Materiales:2 recipientes de plástico o vidrio.1 recipiente de plástico o vidrio par guardar la pasta dental.Espátula, cuchara.Batidor.ojo todos estos ingredientes se pueden encontrar en cualquier farmacia o droguería grade.
Preparación:1.- Coloque la miel de maíz y la glicerina en uno de los recipientes de vidrio o plástico, remueva bien con la ayuda de una espátula o cuchara como guste, hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea y un poco espesa, parecido a un jarabe.
2.- En otro recipiente añada el lauril, el sulfato de sodio, bicarbonato de sodio y la goma de tragacanto, mezclar del mismo modo con ayuda de una cuchara hasta que se distribuya todos los ingredientes de manera uniforme.
3.- Verter poco a poco, la pasta del segundo paso, a la mezcla de miel de maíz, y mueva con la ayuda de un batidor o tenedor hasta que tome una consistencia pastosa.
4.- Una vez obtenida la pasta agregue la esencia sabor a menta, sin dejar de batir para que se pueda integrar completamente a a la mezcla.
5.- Posteriormente se añade lentamente el colorante vegetal a la pasta batiendo bien para que se incorpore uniformemente hasta obtener el color deseado y ya tenemos nuestra pasta dental casera, ahora a disfrutar de ella.
ojo esta pasta se puede conservar hasta dos meses.
