Para formar una oracion en past perfect tienes que poner HAD/HAD NOT+PAST PARTICIPLE VERB
pd: He visto algunos errores en las oraciones. En la ultima no tiene sentido que sea there, asi que puse three (tres), y bueno en la tercera oracion me parece que va mejor hadn't que had pero bueno, ahi ya ves tu si le pones en negativo o positivo, ya tu sabras que te mandaron hacer. Pero a mi parecer va mejor en negativo. Y por ultimo en la cuarta oracion me parece que deberia ir TO karate classes, por eso lo puse entre parentesis.
