Buffalo Caffer:
The kaffir buffalo (Syncerus caffer) is a species of artiodactyl mammal of the family Bovidae2 that lives in the forests and savannahs of sub-Saharan Africa, especially to the east of the continent. Sometimes it is also called African buffalo or buffalo from the Cape, since it was in that region of South Africa where the first specimens were discovered.
