Si es presente simple: Do you like chocolate?
Si es presente progresivo: Are you studying Math now?
Si es pasado simple: Were you at home last night?
Si es pasado progresivo: Were you playing tennis yesterday?
Si es futuro simple: Will you marry me?
Si es futuro continuo: Are you going to London?
Presente perfecto: Have you done you homework?
Pasado perfecto: Had you gone there before?
Presente perfecto continuo: Have you been doing it for me?
en fin, hay varias formas. Tambien se hacen preguntas con Modal verbs tales como Could, can, may, should, must, etc.
